The exploration of User Experience Design (UXD) in this study centers on enhancing work productivity by developing a prototype within Figma for BMW's type testing. The research scrutinizes how different user groups, with varied levels of familiarity with UXD, prioritize design elements, suggesting that the significance of UXD transcends visual appeal and serves as an essential catalyst for simplifying work processes. The findings illustrate that a sophisticated user experience contributes to productivity improvements and is attuned to the intuitive actions of a wide user base. Through evaluating specific user scenarios with the prototype, the study provides detailed observations on the subtle and challenges of implementing user experience within a corporate framework. The results indicate that a strategic application of UX principles, in line with corporate design standards exemplified by companies like Apple and BMW, can enhance both the specific tool and the larger work context. The culmination of the research spotlights the capability of UXD to offer targeted advancements as well as broad guidelines that advocate for more efficient work processes across varied sectors.
